KHOMEINI IS A FITNAH, BOTH WHILE ALIVE AND AFTER HIS DEATH

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على من لا نبي بعده أما بعد

It is a global event concerning both Muslims and non-Muslims. I would like to state the topic as: Al-Khomeini fitnatun hayyan wa mayyitan— Khomeini is a fitna (a source of discord or trial), both while alive and after his death.

Throughout his lifetime, the phenomenon of Ali Khomeini acted as a massive fitnah (source of discord and strife), constantly agitating and sowing dissension within the Islamic Ummah. Similarly, his death has also been transformed into a terrible fitnah. It is precisely this same pattern that we are witnessing today regarding the death of Ali Khomeini.

The Exploitation of Death

The *Majlis-e-Maa’tham* (mourning gathering) held for the martyr is essentially a practice—common among Barelvis and grave-worshippers— that normalizes acts of *Shirk* (polytheism) and *Kufr* (disbelief). They exploit their leaders’ deaths as a pretext to propagate their ideology and gain prominence in the world.

A thousand Iranian soldiers sacrificed their lives for that country. Despite that, Shia never staged a spectacle like this for any of them. Yet, regarding the individual who passed away on February 28—and driven by a desire to garner sympathy and bolster his own political standing and deviant Shia ideology—leaders orchestrated a global-scale event months later, spanning March, April, May, and June, turning the occasion into a calculated display for gaining political support and influence all over the world.

A Trial for the Ummah & Misuse of the Quran

Brothers, this constitutes a significant trial (fitnah) for the Islamic Ummah. This event will serve as a profound criterion and evidence, distinguishing the hypocrites (al-Munafiqoon) from true Muslims. There is neither doubt nor novelty in the fact that all those who have carved out paths of deviation for themselves will find their place on this list.

In this event, specific verses from the Quran were selected and recited with particular nations in mind. Yet, this is the very Quran they themselves do not truly believe in; they recited it merely as a political ploy—a means to incite discord—thereby mirroring the tactics of other ideologically driven movements.

Forgetting the events and the reasons for which the ayats were revealed in the Qur'an ( asbabun nuzul), deviant shiah rejects all its fundamental interpretations, and uses the Qur'anic ayats to their needs on their leader’s behalf, to save his name, and to carry his positions. It is my duty to state that this event was utilized to cultivate deviants within the Islamic Ummah and to promote the ideology of the Shia Rafidites.

"Khomeini has been a massive source of fitnah for people worldwide—both during his lifetime and after his death. While alive... he provided life, strength, power, and support to the enemies of the Quran and the Sunnah across various nations."

Historical Context of the Rafidites

Brothers, this is a massive fitnah (sedition/discord). Historically, the fitnah caused by the Rafidites is well-known for involving the vilification of the Companions and the propagation of campaigns against them. Throughout the ages, they (raafidah) have reared their groups and acted aggressively to oppose the dawah (call) of the Companions.

The plots of the Rafidites: The very doctrine of the Shia entails—as a duty—undermining the rule of the Rightly Guided Caliphs (from among the Companions) and even going so far as to assassinate them.

Following that of Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, during the caliphate of Umar ibn al-Khattab, the fitnah (seditions) instigated by the Shias—which began—were orchestrated by Jewish operatives; these were concerted efforts aimed at undermining the Rightly Guided Caliphs and eradicating Islamic rule from the face of the earth.

The Raafidah Shia group is a faction that not only sought to take the lives of the Companions during that era but also aimed to completely eradicate their ideology and path from the face of the earth, while actively campaigning against them. We observe this force fostering every form of deviation and joining hands with all adversaries.

Innovations (Bid'ah) and Political Spectacles

They have transformed the spectacle of his death into a global phenomenon, portraying it as an event involving non-Muslims, misguided zealots from other movements, and the irreligious—thereby presenting a massive, worldwide display. In this manner, they preserved a body from which the soul had departed for four months. They involved it in a political event. This is neither in accordance with Shia doctrine nor a sound practice within any authentic Islamic tradition.

The practice of the Islamic Ummah is to bury the deceased promptly. However, the Shia have never forgotten the tactics of turning such events—even political ones—into grand spectacles designed to garner public sympathy and create a sense of bewilderment; we are witnessing this today.

Likewise, after his death, he turned this scenario into a path to unite all those who had gone astray—appointing leaders of the Munafiqeen (hypocrites)—and to perpetuate this deviation across all lands.

A bid'ah (innovation) that emerged as a continuation of this is the "40thday ‘Kath’ ‘Kanduri’". The practice of holding a ‘Kanduri’ feast on the 40^th day after a death originated precisely in this manner.

It is as a continuation of this that Majlis-e-Ma'tam gatherings have been established over the ages by the barelivis and other misguided sects.

Following the deaths of their specific Sheikhs, these practices emerged as methods of propagation—historically established, deviant, and atrocious means to garner earthly support and human sympathy, thereby fostering their ideologies and deviations. Such measures become necessary for an ideology that otherwise lacks support or acceptance.

Using the Quran as a mere prop in this event to present an "Islamic" spectacle to the public is a grave error—a reckless game played with the Holy Book. Such instrumentalization of the Quran by misguided activists is nothing new. This situation serves as a litmus test; it reveals those within the Ummah who align themselves with this deviant path.

As for those who fail to speak out against this deviation...(are more dangerous, silent shaytans, deceptive callers)

It is also possible for us to cite scholars of truth as evidence. Allah is sufficient for us.

An Appeal to the Scholars of Ahlus-Sunnah

As for the people of the Sunnah (Ahlus Sunnah), they truly uphold the Quran and Sunnah or adopt them as a guide for the people. Regarding the duties of scholars, their role in guiding the people, and the necessary efforts involved in the work of Da'wah (calling people to the faith):

I appeal to all scholars, people of knowledge and virtue, those involved in religious education belonging to Ahlus-Sunnah — is it not incumbent upon them to make every possible effort to shield the public from this Fitnah (trial)? There is no doubt that, without such intervention, the general public risks succumbing to these trials and—out of misplaced sympathy— straying onto the path of those who have gone astray.

I wish to present this message as a reminder and advice to all.

هذا ما عندي وان اصبت فمن لله وان اخطات فمن نفسي ومن الشيطان ولله اعلم
